寿原の印刷機用周辺装置は、枚葉用の小型印刷機から大型印刷機、新聞輪転機、商業輪転機、金属印刷機に至るまで幅広くニーズに対応しています。

Toshihara’s peripheral devices printing machines respond to
various needs ranging from small sheet-fed printing machines to large printing machines, newspaper rotary presses, rotary presses for commercial use and metal printing machines.

インキツボ装置　Ink fountains

印刷機にインキを供給する装置で、インキキーは分割方式になっており、リモートコントロール用の自動タイプとマニュアル操作の手動タイプで構成され、印刷機サイズに応じて選択が可能です。

These are devices to supply ink to printing machines. The ink keys are divided. There are two types of ink fountains, automatic type for remote controlling, and manual type. The fountains can be selected according to the size of the printing machine.

• 自動タイプ インキツボ（1050ｍｍ幅用）
  Automatic type ink fountains (for 1050mm width)
  菊全サイズ用で、３０分割キーの電動リモートコントロールタイプです。


• 手動タイプ インキツボ（765ｍｍ幅用）
  Manual type ink fountains (for 765mm width)
  菊半サイズ用で、２１分割キーのマニュアル操作タイプです。


• 自動タイプ インキツボ（534ｍｍ幅用）
  Automatic type ink fountains (for 534mm width)
  菊四サイズ用で、１６分割キーの電動リモートコントロールタイプです。


• 手動タイプ インキツボ（1150ｍｍ幅用）
  Manual type ink fountains (for 1150mm width)
  菊全寸延サイズで、メタル印刷用のマニュアル操作タイプです。

インキアジテータ　Ink agitators

インキツボ内のインキを撹拌する装置で、電気駆動方式と空圧駆動方式があり、小型から大型の印刷機に対応が可能です。

These are devices to agitate the ink in the fountain. There are two types of agitators, pneumatic drive agitators and electric drive agitators. Capable of responding to various sized printing machines, from small ones to large ones.

• 空圧駆動アジテータ（1150ｍｍ幅用）
  Pneumatic drive agitator (for 1150mm width)
  空圧で、コーンが回転しながら往復移動し、インキの撹拌をします。

モーターユニット　Motor units

高い信頼性と耐久性を備えたインキキー駆動用のユニットです。

These are highly reliable and durable units for driving the ink keys.
